Supply Assistant – Pharmacy
Location – Nottingham
Contract – Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Pharmacy Supply Team for a Supply Assistant, to work alongside a team who support stores with their Pharmacy Stock.
The Pharmacy Supply Team sit under the direction of our Healthcare Business Unit, our key focus is supporting stores in ensuring they have the right stock to support patient availability.
About the opportunity
• Provide comprehensive support to stores by managing and responding to Pharmacy supply queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist Supply Leads with a range of operational tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of supply team objectives.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication is maintained with stores.
• Contribute to broader supply chain initiatives and projects, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About you
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Pro-active with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and as an individual.
• Must be motivated and decisive.
• Excellent Customer Service, you will have frequent contact with Stores.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• A background in Pharmacy and/or Supply would be beneficial.
