Talent Worx is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation within the organization.

We intend to change the game of recruitment and this profile will lead those efforts.

As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will align our technology vision with business goals, shaping the future of our company through cutting-edge technology solutions. This leadership position requires a strong understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of technology in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate an overarching technology strategy to support the company's business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the business and leading initiatives to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Product Development: Oversee the lifecycle of product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure technology initiatives are well aligned with business objectives, providing insights on potential impacts and solutions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Risk Management: Establish and monitor policies for technology risk management, ensuring the security of the organization's information systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Extensive experience in software development, data management, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology roadmaps to meet organizational goals.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a technology leadership role, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
