Central Stone Company has been in business for over 125 years in the Saint Louis area operating limestone quarries, a river sand operation and a full service river terminal on the Mississippi River. We are currently seeking candidates for a Dispatcher/Customer Service position that will be located in our Florissant, MO Quarry.  Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders by phone and dispatching dump trucks to project location.  Position requires the ability to multi-task with strong computer, customer service and math skills and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system.  The schedule for this position is 1^st shift Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.

 Dispatcher/Customer Service Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Use electronic ticketing system to manage customer transactions
• Dispatching trucks from quarry to project location
• Enter customer and product data into scale system (including speaking with customers on a frequent basis)
• Fulfilling customer orders

The ideal Dispatcher/Customer Service candidate will have:

• Strong customer focus
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
