About the Role

Denver Beverage & Denver Refreshment Services is seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined Coffee Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair coffee machines and related beverage equipment across our diverse client base—ensuring high performance, reliability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and repair a wide range of coffee machines, grinders, and water filtration systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks
  • Diagnose issues and deliver quick, high-quality repairs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records
  • Coordinate with dispatch and service managers for efficient routing
  • Uphold safety standards and professionalism at all times
  • Provide friendly, top-tier customer support on every job


Who You Are

  • Hands-on and mechanically savvy—coffee/espresso experience is a big plus
  • Strong problem-solver with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter who can manage your schedule and workload independently
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation  

Pay Range

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience

Requirements

  

Responsibilities:

• Installed, troubleshooted, and repaired various coffee machines, grinders, and water filtration systems.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring equipment meets performance standards.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Collaborate with dispatchers and service managers to efficiently schedule and prioritize service calls.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.


Requirements:

• Experience in servicing and repairing coffee and espresso equipment is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
