Our Mission

Reporting directly to our CMO, we’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to build a global growth and demand gen engine, design and implement the strategy, and establish the structure and shape of the function to achieve the velocity we need to achieve our goals.
The Role
We are looking for a GTM Talent Partner to join our fast-paced, high-impact talent acquisition team. In this hands-on role, you will own the full recruitment cycle for our commercial functions, from sourcing and outreach through to closing offers.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong pipelines of top GTM talent, and deliver exceptional candidate experience. Start-up or scale-up experience is ideal, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and make an immediate impact. We do 3 days in the office.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, from sourcing and screening to managing offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape compelling role briefs
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing methods
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values
- Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategy
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Manager and People team on hiring priorities and process improvements
- Support employer branding initiatives to raise awareness and attract exceptional talent
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in GTM recruitment, ideally across a mix of sales, marketing, and customer success roles
- In-house experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing to offer stage
- Start-up or scale-up experience, with the ability to move quickly and adapt to change
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on candidate experience
- A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines
- Enthusiasm for working in a small team where you can make a big impact
