Qualifications & Experience:

๐Ÿ”‘ What You'll Do:

  • Be the Boss on Duty โ€“ Oversee the smooth operation of all departments, including Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail when serving as Supervisor on Duty. ๐Ÿฐ

  • Lead with Energy โ€“ Motivate your team to be guest-obsessed and deliver stellar customer service every day. ๐ŸŒŸ

  • Safety First โ€“ Uphold all health and safety policies, keeping both guests and staff safe while having fun! ๐Ÿฆบ

  • Manage the Flow โ€“ Help keep queues and guest flow under control, making sure everyone has a great experience while visiting the attraction. ๐ŸŒ€

  • Handle Guest Concerns โ€“ Respond to guest issues and concerns, and work with different teams to resolve them smoothly. ๐Ÿ’ฌ

  • Train & Empower โ€“ Lead Host training in areas like ride safety, food safety, and retail standards, empowering your team to shine! ๐ŸŽ“

  • Coach & Develop โ€“ Evaluate your teamโ€™s performance, provide feedback, and coach for success! ๐Ÿ’ก

  • Support the Team โ€“ When not managing the shift, jump in to support your department in areas like inventory, employee engagement, and training. ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿค

  • Other Duties โ€“ Stay flexible and help wherever needed to ensure a seamless experience for guests and staff alike. ๐Ÿ”„

๐ŸŽฏ What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • A Leadership Rockstar โ€“ Youโ€™ve got at least 6 months of experience in the attractions, entertainment, or service industry, and youโ€™re ready to lead a dynamic team! ๐ŸŒŸ

  • People Person โ€“ You love working with others, especially kids and families, and know how to motivate and energize a team. ๐Ÿ’ช

  • Customer Service Pro โ€“ Youโ€™ve got experience in guest interactions and can deliver service at the highest level! ๐ŸŽ‰

  • A Quick Thinker โ€“ You can stay calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. โšก

  • High School diploma or GED required ๐ŸŽ“

  • At least 6 monthsโ€™ experience in customer service or a similar field ๐ŸŽข

  • Strong communication skills โ€“ you know how to motivate and engage a team! ๐Ÿ“ฃ
