🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of clinical experience in small animal practice

💼 Position Details:

• Title: Associate Veterinarian 
• Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + quarterly production bonuses (no negative accrual!)
• Signing Bonus: $35,000 - $100,000
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (no on-call)
• Location: Belfair, WA – Kitsap Peninsula
• Relocation: Funds available!
