The Role: Construction Estimator
We're looking for a motivated, detail-savvy go-getter who loves working with people just as much as working with numbers. As a Construction Estimator, you'll be on the front lines of turning project visions into reality. From crunching numbers to building relationships with clients and contractors, you'll be the kind of trusted partner people look forward to working with.

What You'll Do

• Build and deliver accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial drywall projects.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, GCs, and vendors by being responsive, personable, and solutions-focused.

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align project scopes and ensure everyone's on the same page.

• Research materials, labor, and schedules to keep estimates sharp and competitive.

• Represent our team at pre-bid meetings, site visits, and industry events-be the face of UCS and grow your network.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating (drywall preferred, but other commercial construction experience counts).

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and estimating tools (Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, etc.).

• A confident communicator with a knack for building rapport and trust.

• Detail-driven but quick on your feet-you know how to balance precision with deadlines.

• A proactive, energetic personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
