The CDL Truck Driver - Regional - is responsible for safely transporting and delivering freight within a defined multi-state region. This position typically operates Monday through Friday, with drivers home on weekends ideally, there could be overnight runs. Drivers must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be authorized to operate across state lines. This role supports the company’s supply chain operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery of goods.
Weekly pay starting at $27 per hour.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class A vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Transport freight between company facilities, customer locations, and distribution centers within a regional multi-state area.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and all required Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation.
- Ensure freight is properly secured and handled to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols consistently, including adherence to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in loading or unloading freight as needed, depending on route and delivery conditions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license with authorization for interstate driving.
- Clean driving record and current DOT Medical Card.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and freight handling procedures.
- Ability to use electronic logging devices (ELDs) and GPS routing systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff.
- Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections and assist with loading/unloading as required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
4 years of recent and relevant CDL A driving experience preferred.
