Job Description:To provide leadership and oversight over the Regional Procurement Center of Excellence teams in the Americas and to drive increased compliance and capture rates for Accor procurement solutions at our hotels. In addition, lead and support managing strategic supplier relationships and key partnerships. To be the single point of contact and escalation point for L&L Hotels in the Americas for Procurement solutions and support.
- Develop and execute on highly effective engagement and communication strategies with hotel operations to ensure understanding, consideration and awareness of key trends and business topics
- Assess Accor solutions coverage, compliance rate and develop KPIs to measure Accor GPO performance that is in line with customer expectations
- Work closely with Brands’ Guest experience, Operations and Marketing teams to deploy solutions and gain top down support and sphere of influence
- Develop and Manage Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence in Focus cities / countries in line with L&L strategy
- Manage several key Accor L&L Procurement partnerships
- Provide P2P (Procure to Pay) and Contract Management consultative support
- Commercially focused
- Business development for growth of Procurement solution compliance with all L&L hotels in the Americas
- Working with Hotel Ownership, VPOs, and GMs to sell, maintain and grow Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence in the Americas
- Leveraging influential leadership to drive change
- Managing without formal authority
- Driving positive organizational change
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a procurement related field
- 5+ years of procurement leadership
- Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred
- Hotel operations leadership
- Strong people management and mentorship capability
- Flexible, Curious and Independent
