Surgery Scheduler – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.45 - $33.63 per hour (pay is determined based on experience)

Summary of benefits:

Surgery Scheduler Summary:

As a Surgery Scheduler for OOA, you will play a key role in patient care by coordinating procedures, surgeries, pre-operative and post-operative appointments for a multi-specialty orthopaedic practice. This will involve obtaining insurance authorizations, submitting patient clinical and financial information, and completing legal or medical paperwork for the patient records. 

Surgery Scheduler Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a medical setting, including experience in a scheduling-based role. Experience scheduling surgeries is preferred. 
  • Prior authorization experience preferred.
