Job Description:
Premiere Property Services is a leading property service and renovation company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team. This position will work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to installing trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, molding, and other decorative woodwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a keen eye for precision and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair finish carpentry elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door frames, windows, and cabinetry.

• Measure and cut materials to exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit.

• Work with blueprints, drawings, and plans to execute tasks accurately.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry or a related trade.

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, etc.).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
