A little bit about us

Join our team as a Product Owner and play a crucial role in enhancing our subscription-based B2C products and services. We are looking for a dedicated person who is eager to drive innovation and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with the Company's Product Roadmap.
• Work closely with the project manager and other product owners to understand and execute business needs, user needs (UX) and brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Working closely with UI/UX designers and developers to transform ideas into functional and user-friendly solutions.
• Ensuring product objectives are fulfilled deliverables meet requirements and business expectations.
• Prioritizing product backlog items and managing releases efficiently while focusing on continuous improvement.
• Conducting market research and user feedback analysis to drive product enhancements and innovations.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize user workflows and maximize product engagement.
• Test A/B designs. Setting up, analyzing, and promoting good practices for multivariate experiments.
• Empowering and guiding others to work effectively and efficiently with data is part of your role.
• Facilitating communication across cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Take ownership of improving and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
• Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner (minimum of 6 years), preferably with a focus subscription.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts).
• Proven experience in launching and validating new business models, from concept to market implementation

• Excellent communicator.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Technology passionate. Used to working with IT Teams. Previous experience as a software developer will be considered a strong asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Familiarity with agile.
