About the role
As a member of the Insights & Analytics function, the Category & HCP (Healthcare Professional) Insights Analyst plays a key role in supporting Reckitt (Canada)’s Nutrition business unit through the administration of commercial and healthcare professional data, execution of standardized reporting, and contribution to insight generation. This role reports directly to the Category Insights & Analytics Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics for responsibilities related to HCP data and research. The role is focused on ensuring data accuracy, delivering performance reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives across both commercial and healthcare domains.
Your responsibilities
Data Management & Administration
- Own the administration of POS and warehouse data sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
- Maintain and validate data pipelines across Nielsen, Amazon, D2C, ProVoice, and other platforms
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Deliver weekly and monthly market sales performance reports, including Amazon and D2C channels
- Support standard Power BI reporting for Medical Sales
- Lead quarterly ProVoice reporting, including scorecard updates and assisting in metric and target setting
Insight Support
- Support the Category Insights Manager in analyzing market performance and understanding category impact
- Identify HCP drivers and trends through data analysis
- Contribute to the development of insights that inform category strategy and commercial decision-making
Research & Budget Ownership
- Assist the Senior Manager in executing custom HCP market research initiatives
- Own the HCP research budget and procurement process
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, or reporting roles
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working with retail and/or market research data is an asset
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Nielsen, Amazon analytics, and D2C platforms
- Familiarity with procurement processes and budget tracking
- Knowledge of HCP engagement metrics and ProVoice reporting
