About the role:
We’re growing fast—and so is our Software Engineering Team. As part of our continued evolution, we’re excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a Software Engineering Team Lead to help shape the future of our technical delivery and team culture.
This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about engineering excellence, has hands-on experience as a developer, and thrives when mentoring others and leading projects that make a real difference.
Here’s what the role looks like:
- Lead a talented team of 4–7 software engineers, supporting their growth and guiding their work across a range of impactful projects.
- Own delivery: You’ll take the reins on project leadership, working closely with our Operations Lead to ensure technical success and commercial performance.
- Drive innovation: Contribute technically to projects, bringing your engineering expertise to the table while fostering best practices across the team.
- Balance priorities: Manage support contracts, team schedules, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Shape the future: Help define how we build software, scale our systems, and evolve our engineering culture.
Requirements
Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:
- Solid software engineering experience using Microsoft technologies—you're confident working with .NET / .NET Framework, C#, and modern front-end tools like TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building cross-platform apps using MAUI for iOS and Android, and web applications with Blazor, ASP.NET, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with desktop development using WPF and Windows Forms.
- A track record of delivering high-quality software in collaborative, agile environments.
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable engaging directly with customers and translating their needs into technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring or managing engineers, with a people-first approach to leadership.
- Ability to lead technical delivery, manage priorities, and contribute hands-on when needed.
- A passion for clean architecture, scalable systems, and continuous improvement.
