đ Weâre looking for a Creative Producer to shape Ffernâs brand storytelling through film and content. Working closely with our Head of Film, youâll create beautifully crafted, social-first, video strands that bring the world of natural perfumery to life. From quick, reactive social shoots to longer-form brand stories, youâll be tasked with content production that organically engages and rapidly grows our online community. This role will sit at the heart of that journey, helping Ffern grow into one of the worldâs leading social-first brands.
Key Responsibilities đŒ
- Take content briefs from the brand team and bring them to life - producing social-first video content that reflects Ffernâs identity and delivers organically.
- Source and book engaging production partners and freelance teams.
- Own and manage production schedules to ensure deadlines are communicated, understood, and met.
- Maintain and oversee the brand film calendar.
- Manage budgets and costings across all brand productions, with a clear understanding of the film teamâs capacity and capability.
- Source and coordinate talent, locations, props and crew.
- Handle contracts, insurance, permits and risk assessments.
- Attend and manage shoots on location across the UK and internationally.
- Overseeing edit reviews and refinements.
- Support story development, treatments and script writing where needed.
- Stay tuned to emerging social formats and trends to help us evolve our storytelling approach.
- Maintain clear communication across the studio and wider brand team, keeping projects aligned and on track.
Requirements
About you đ
- 4+ yearsâ experience producing brand or commercial video content.
- Strong experience of creating content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and digital storytelling.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of Ffern's brand and aesthetic
- Experience managing production budgets and schedules.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Google Suite, Notion, Asana, etc.).
- A proactive, independent approachâcomfortable leading and streamlining processes.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and abroad.
- A full UK Driverâs License.
