Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Household Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to a busy executive CEO and his busy wife in the Chicago Gold Coast and homes in Florida and Wisconsin. This position requires someone with a self-starter attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently, both household and administrative. The Household Personal Assistant will assist with both personal and family-related responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of daily life and home management including cleaning, laundry, and minor housekeeping

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining discretion and extreme confidentiality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing household schedules, coordinating appointments, taking care of animals, running errands, and handling administrative tasks, among other duties. Responsibilities:

  • Take on special projects or tasks as requested by the CEO and his family including research or planning
  • Assist with pet care responsibilities, such as feeding, walking, or arranging veterinary appointments
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, and occasionally cooking
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and pharmacy pickups
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing mail, and keeping record
  • Handle laundry and clothing care, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe organization
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including organizing and tidying up common areas

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing household tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting families is a plus
  • Must handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain privacy in all personal and family matters.
  • Comfortable with pets, both dogs and cats
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation may be required for errands and appointments
  • Monday through Friday, overtime is allowed if necessary 
  • Ability to adjust to changing schedules and requirements
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Minimum of 2 References
  • Background check and drug testing upon offer of hire
