Alliance Bible Church in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking a talented Worship Arts Pastor with a passion for creating meaningful worship experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of church ministry experience, proficiency in vocal and instrumental skills, especially guitar and/or keys, and a commitment to excellence in music ministry while adhering to biblical principles and fostering creativity among volunteers. The right person for this role will embrace the opportunity to lead worship teams, plan services, and cultivate a participatory worship environment that engages congregants through impactful music and lyrics at Alliance Bible Church.
