Summary: Growing property management company looking for a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Tech to perform general maintenance duties. We provide the truck and tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
General maintenance and repairs at multiple properties.
Maintain door closers & latches, gates, fences, minor carpentry/plumbing, replace signs, etc.
Make sure the sites are clear of trash and tree debris, move recycling bins, light bulbs, etc.
Swimming pool maintenance.
Snow removal in the winter
Requirements
Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Can-do, positive attitude.
Highly motivated.
100% dependable.

Typically 8:00 - 4:00
Pay commensurate with skill and experience. Minimum starting pay $25/hour.
