Facilities Manager – Part-Time

Dream Centers of Michigan is seeking a part-time Facilities Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our residential and program properties. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with codes and regulations, supporting high-quality housing for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees property maintenance, inspections, and repair processes.

• Manages work orders, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and ensures timely, cost-effective repairs.

• Supports housing operations by assisting with move-in/move-out inspections and maintaining accurate records.

• Monitor facility-related expenses and recommend improvements to sustain property quality over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or property management preferred.

• Working knowledge of general trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) a plus.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate maintenance schedules.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
