  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Respond to patient concerns with timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Lead and support quality improvement initiatives, serving as a change leader for new systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare practice leadership, with direct responsibility for medical and/or dental office management.
  • Experience or strong interest in facility oversight/management.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and building positive, collaborative relationships across medical, dental, and facility teams.
  • Commitment to GSCH’s mission, vision, and values: Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence.

Why Join GSCH?

  • Be part of a collaborative leadership team improving health in our communities.
  • Enjoy professional growth opportunities and clear advancement pathways.
