This position oversees the daily functions of the Recovery House in accordance with all funding and referral sources including but not limited to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA), National Alliance for the Recovery Residences (NARR), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Child Services (DCS), and VOA policies and procedures. This position is also an active part of the treatment team providing structure and support to clients while monitoring and documenting client behaviors. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate program records to meet agency, finding, and billing standards. This is an in-person position located on the west side of Indianapolis.
