Benefits Manager

Our people are our greatest asset — and we believe they deserve benefit programs that are not only reliable and compliant, but also truly supportive of their lives inside and outside of work. That’s why we’re looking for a Benefits Manager to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our global benefits programs run smoothly and employees feel confident in the support available to them. From managing health and retirement plans to driving wellness initiatives and ensuring compliance across multiple regions, you’ll have the opportunity to make a company-wide impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement plans through HRIS workflows and vendor systems.

  • Lead open enrollment from start to finish, ensuring accurate setup, employee communications, and smooth execution.

  • Oversee COBRA administration, ACA reporting, and global leave policies, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.

  • Audit benefits regularly to confirm accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure bills are paid on time.

  • Prepare and oversee required filings and reports (such as 5500s, nondiscrimination testing, SPDs, SBCs, and 1094/5Cs).

  • Manage retirement plan changes, payroll funding for HSAs, 401(k), RRSPs, and other employee accounts.

  • Partner with vendors to maintain integrations, streamline processes, and optimize the employee experience.

  • Handle unemployment claims and coordinate with legal/HR teams on hearings.

  • Provide timely, clear, and empathetic communication to employees regarding their benefit options and policies.

  • Create and execute targeted benefit communication campaigns across multiple countries.

  • Oversee compliance and tracking of leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, disability, tuition assistance, wellness reimbursements, and other policies.

  • Research and stay current on trends in benefits, wellness, and employee engagement; recommend enhancements and best practices.

  • Supervise and mentor the HR/Benefits Coordinator, ensuring accurate daily plan administration.

  • Support company culture initiatives, including leading the Core Value Award committee.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to align benefit strategies across global offices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in group benefits administration.

  • Supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong organizational and compliance skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex information for employees.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendors, employees, and internal partners.

  • A continuous learner who stays current on legislation, trends, and best practices in benefits.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a team that values employee well-being and innovation.

  • Take ownership of a role where your work directly improves the employee experience.

  • Collaborate with passionate HR professionals in a global organization.

  • Enjoy opportunities to grow your expertise and influence how benefits evolve here.

We foster a collaborative team environment that values innovation and encourages creative solutions to drive positive organizational impact. Our employees are the key to our success and help us stand out from our competitors. The pay range for this role is  $90,000 to $110,000 . The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
