Role Summary:
MAGNASTAR® is the industry’s most recognized and reputable multi-carrier private placement variable life insurance (PPLI) product—and the only multi-carrier platform of its kind. It is a proprietary offering of M Financial and is available exclusively through M Financial Member Firms. Given the growth of MAGNASTAR® and importance of providing the highest level of service, we are seeking Client Service Associates who will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and courteous service to contract owners, agents, and third parties. CSRs handle high volume email and telephone inquiries, utilizing multiple systems to research and provide accurate information. A strong understanding of life insurance and financial products—or the ability and willingness to learn quickly—is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Manage and respond to high volumes of phone and email requests from contract owners, agents, and third parties; building sustainable relationships.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a working knowledge of Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) and apply this expertise to accurately process requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify client needs, research issues, provide accurate solutions, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate levels.

  • System Navigation: Utilize multiple department systems and search tools to access and manage client information.
  • Documentation: Document client interactions and policy information with timely and accurate notes in the database.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to meet service and quality standards and to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Process Adherence: Adhere to guidelines and quality standards, consistently working to meet or exceed department quality goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience with life insurance or financial products preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment; ability to effectively collaborate with management and team members in person and remote.
  • High degree of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple systems and concepts.

Job Conditions & Environment:

  • his position is based on-site at our offices in Uptown at the Quad in Dallas, TX with the flexibility to work one day per week remotely.
  • Normal office environment/desk assignment.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Extensive use of PC’s, computer terminal, display, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Extensive hands-on work with documents, spreadsheets, and other written documents.
