The Talent Acquisition internship will offer you a hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, providing you with the opportunity to develop skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding process assistance. As a TA Intern, you will assist in various stages of the recruitment cycle, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. At the conclusion of the program, interns will deliver a comprehensive presentation with observations and recommendations to leadership and other program participants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Recruitment Assistance
- Assist with the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interests, and fit for open roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing interview materials and candidate profiles for hiring managers.
- Help track candidate progress and maintain an organized recruitment database.
- Communicate with candidates about their application status and next steps in the hiring process.
- Help with recruitment-related administrative tasks, including updating job descriptions and maintaining job postings.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist with metrics tracking as needed.
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in HR department meetings and other HR-related projects as needed.

EDUCATION
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
