The Auto Body Technician assesses the extent of damages and repairs or replaces parts to restore customer vehicles to pre-accident condition. Core Responsibilities:

• Disassemble damaged vehicles and determine if damaged components can be repaired or need to be replaced.
• Repair damaged vehicles using appropriate tools, technologies, and I-CAR procedures to restore vehicles to pre-accident state, factory specifications, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform all body and fender repairs utilizing welding, body alignment, and structural operations.
• Keep the Estimator updated throughout the repair process, informing them of any parts needed, delays, etc. so they may keep the customer informed.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of auto body repair experience is required.
• Experience disassembling, repairing and rebuilding all makes and models of vehicles.
• I-Car and welding certifications are a plus!
• Must own your own tools.
• Detail-oriented, thorough and precise workmanship.
• Good work ethic, self-starting and motivated to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a high-volume shop.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

Hours will be Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. Our technicians enjoy a clean, indoor, air-conditioned shop.
