If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, Capitol Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers, as well as, maintaining an organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records

- Pick and pack product

- Load and unload product

- Ensure timely restocking of goods

- Safely operate company vehicles

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections

Requirements:

- Valid IL Class C (or CDL A/B) driver's license with DOT medical card and clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Scale:

Class A/B/C License = $21.57 per hour (10% pay increase after one year of employment)
Quarterly Bonus opportunity of up to $1,200 per quarter for all Warehouse Drivers
