Position Summary:
The Culture Clarity Intern supports efforts in assessing how clearly and consistently our organizational culture is communicated and understood. This role will work closely with leadership and various departments to gather insights, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations to enhance strategic messaging and cultural alignment.
Responsibilities & Competencies:
- Delivers assigned tasks by reviewing organizational documents (e.g., culture statements, strategic plans, onboarding materials) thoroughly and on time.
- Ensures findings and reports are accurate, reliable, and ready for leadership review.
- Analyzes feedback and synthesizes information from multiple sources (documents, surveys, interviews, observations) to identify themes and gaps.
- Develops actionable recommendations that support culture alignment.
- Produces high-quality reports and presentations that reflect attention to detail and professionalism.
- Strives to improve clarity and consistency in organizational communication.
- Conduct surveys and interviews with employees across departments with empathy, active listening, and respect.
- Recognizes and values diverse perspectives while gathering insights.
- Build trust with staff and leaders by observing meetings and internal communications objectively and constructively.
- Promotes collaboration by presenting insights in a way that encourages engagement and shared ownership.
- Aligns work with Lakeland Care’s mission and values, ensuring recommendations support both culture and strategic goals.
- Demonstrates respect for organizational priorities in all interactions and deliverables.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting interviews and synthesizing feedback.
- Interest in organizational development, communications, or leadership.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills and a bias towards action and results.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of adequate insurance required.
