Job description:

HVAC Business Development & Sales – Maintenance Contracts

Location: Springfield, VA | On-Site

Type: Full-time | High Commission Potential


We’re Looking for a Closer.

If you can hunt down new business, build relationships fast, and aren’t afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone, we want you. We need a sales pro to bring in commercial HVAC maintenance contracts.


What You’ll Do:

- Hunt for new leads — cold calls, networking, site visits, you name it

- Meet with building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers

- Sell the value of preventative maintenance and long-term service agreements

- Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

- Crush monthly sales targets and earn big commissions

Requirements

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

- 2+ years B2B sales or business development experience (HVAC/Mechanical a plus)

- Fearless prospecting skills and a hunter mentality

- Confidence talking about HVAC systems and maintenance programs

- Strong negotiation and closing ability

- Self-motivated, driven, and money-hungry
