Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Fire Protection Service Sales Professional to lead our growth in the Houston market. If you know how to sell fire protection solutions, build lasting client relationships, and close deals from concept to commissioning, this role gives you the autonomy and support to thrive. You’ll manage your own sales cycle, working closely with estimating, design, and operations to deliver high-quality, code-compliant fire protection solutions in service and inspections for suppression systems, fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business for fire protection inspections, monitoring, retrofits, service contracts, and new installations
  • Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to proposal delivery and project handoff
  • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, engineers, and facility decision-makers
  • Provide technical guidance to clients explaining panels, devices, code requirements (NFPA), and system integration
  • Collaborate internally with estimating, design, and field teams to ensure proposals are accurate and jobs launch smoothly
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and local code changes to identify new opportunities and stay competitive

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in fire alarm sales, service sales, or related life safety systems
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA and applicable fire codes
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel regionally
