As a Business Operations Support Specialist at Clario, you will play a key role in supporting business development and operational initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a go-get mentality, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn by working alongside cross-functional teams. What you'll be doing

  • Support business development and operational projects in line with growth plans, particularly in Digital Physiology.

  • Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

  • Provide support in acquisition and integration processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, operations, and science) to gather information, support initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of changes.

  • Assist with reporting and analytics, preparing summaries that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Provide support during system and process changes, including documentation, testing, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Represent the company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Other responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

  • Support long-range business operations initiatives through research and data preparation.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus but not required. Candidates with equivalent practical experience and strong analytical skills will also be considered.

  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and go-get mentality.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative and sound judgment.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the necessary discretion.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in exploring digital tools to drive efficiency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with different teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities

  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Fluent in English
