About the role 

 

Play a pivotal role as a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator in the effective management of a portfolio of high-value Partners by coordinating partnership deliverables as we drive sustainable revenue growth for Tennis Australia.  This is a 12-month contract role.

 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

 

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of contractual, financial and timeline processes of the nominated partners across Tennis Australia events, including delivery of contracted partnership benefits and activations. 

  • Identify, assess, and present impactful partnership opportunities that deliver strategic value for both Tennis Australia and its partners. 

  • Support delivery of a best-in-class Partner communication plan that addresses key areas of Partner needs. 

  • Supervising partner promotional and marketing activity against contract expectation but at the same time looking to increase leverage opportunity for TA. 

  • Maintain the expenditure budget for nominated partners including building and maintaining cost of servicing sheets. 

  • Support delivery of post tournament reports to Partners and relevant agencies. 

 

About you 

 

To be successful in this role you will bring: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, Marketing (Desirable) 

  • Proven experience in brand management and implementation, ideally with 3 years working within the partnerships / sponsorship industry.  

  • Knowledge of Australian and international partnerships at all levels including partnership brand objectives 

  • Solid understanding of brand equity and ability to implement brand guidelines. 

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strong organisation skills and a solution focussed approach to dealing with issues. 

  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check 

  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
