Marketing Manager – La Roche-Posay – 12 month maximum term contract A Day in the Life As the Marketing Manager for La Roche-Posay, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a team of 4 talented individuals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical and commercial, to ensure a fully integrated brand strategy.Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and sales growth.Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor your team of 3, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Brand Positioning: Define and implement brand messaging and tone of voice to resonate with target audiences.Partnerships & Media: Build relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand presence.Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.Budget Management: Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
