Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Zusammen mit deinem Team bist du verantwortlich für die monatliche Abwicklung der Lohnläufe inkl. der Abrechnung von Quellensteuern, Familienzulagen und Sozialversicherungen für ca. 3000 Mitarbeitende aus dem Innen- und Aussendienst des Marktes Schweiz
• Du bewirtschaftest auch die zusätzlichen Lohnbestandteile und Vergünstigungen und bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte
• Die Überwachung der KTG, UVG und Taggeldauszahlung & Zeiterfassung bei Langzeitabwesenheiten gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Alltag dazu
• Die enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Kollegium und externen Stellen bereiten dir Freude
• Zusätzlich bist du an End-to-End Testings involviert, in diversen Projekten und bei den Jahresendarbeiten inkl. der Ausstellung von Lohnausweisen aktiv

Deine Stärken

• Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit SAP HCM, Workday Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Deine hohe IT-Affinität in Kombination mit Zahlenflair zeichnen dich aus
• Du bist eine teamorientierte, strukturierte Person, welche im Payroll ihre «Berufung» sieht
• Deine guten Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab, jede weitere Landessprache ist von Vorteil
• Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Sozialversicherung sowie über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
