Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities:Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including exams, preventive treatments, restorations, and extractions.
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient comfort and long-term oral health.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with dental regulations.
Foster a positive, supportive environment to reduce dental anxiety for children.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and ethical standards of practice.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active California dental license in good standing.
Certification for Pediatric Dentistry specialty is preferred but not required; general dentists with a strong interest and experience in treating children are welcome.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children and parents effectively.
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all ages.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
