Role Overview
GEA supports sustainable and flexible dairy farming through automation, digital management, and consultancy. This role focuses on documentation and data management within product development, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality information management across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records in Teamcenter and SAP for documentation, change control, training, and compliance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support process and data management across departments; ensure timely, high-quality documentation updates and releases.
  • Manage CAD/PLM data (NX, Teamcenter); train users on release processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, templates, and training materials.
  • Promote best practices in PLM systems globally.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Required: Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or Business; 3–5+ years in a product development environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Preferred: PLM experience, NX or 3D modeling, CMII training, and process modeling

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 - $105,000 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.  You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
