- Support the creation and maintenance of an accurate demand forecast for Henkel Consumer Brands in the UK and Ireland, ensuring that volume and revenue projections align with the sales team's expectations.
- Help align long-term forecasting with global supply chain planning processes through monthly planning meetings.
- Monitor product availability and work closely with regional supply teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support the planning and smooth execution of new product launches or relaunches.
- Assist in managing slow-moving inventory in cooperation with the commercial team.
- Help organize and lead regular demand review meetings focused on your assigned brands.
- Ensure all local forecasting and logistics activities follow Henkel’s internal guidelines and processes.
- Contribute to improving supply chain performance, including service levels, forecast accuracy, and stock management.
- Support continuous improvements in the forecasting process, with a focus on digital tools and sustainability initiatives.

- Good command on APO DP and familiar with planning routine (product segmentation, statistical models, history cleansing, enriching long term FC).
- Experienced in handling high level of complexity and multiple stakeholders (business and supply chain)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau would be a bonus but not required.
