As an Endoscopy Suite RN at Novant Health’s Rowan Medical Center, you’ll be trusted to deliver expert care to our endoscopy procedure patients. From prep to procedure room to recovery, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most.
This role is ideal for RNs looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team in a surgical specialty.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
- Prep patients for endo procedures including starting IVs
- Chart during procedures
- Position patients as needed during procedures
- Push IV drug meds as required during procedures
- Recovery of endo procedure patients, ensuring vital signs are within normal limits and patient is breathing normally
