We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and develop our clients in the Process Automation Market! 

Are you ready to power up your career in the dynamic process automation market? We are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and drive the success of our clients in the process automation sector!

As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for acquiring and growing our most important client accounts in the process automation industry/ecosystem. You will build and maintain a strong trusted relationship with assigned clients and be the main point of contact for all client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.

In addition, you will bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and develop new relationships with potential clients.

For this position we are looking for a well-seasoned key account manager for our European customers. Experience in the field of process automation networking and computing is essential. Cultural awareness of the assigned territory and ability to fluently communicate in English and German.

Major Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships with major key clients
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints effectively
  • Fully understand and anticipate the needs and changes of key accounts
  • Strategically plan to enhance client results
  • Negotiate contracts and set performance timelines
  • Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to the team and stakeholders
  • Expand relationships and attract new clients

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field (e.g., IT). A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in sales of networking and computing solutions within the process automation sector ideally with a couple of year in Key Account Management.

Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
