What You'll Do
Design marketing assets that define Kandji’s brand presence, including website visuals, digital ads, email campaigns, sales materials, event branding, and social media content
Own the art direction for motion graphics and video, creating dynamic, engaging content for digital platforms and website
Ensure consistent brand application across designs and a high bar for quality in how Kandji shows up across every touchpoint
Maintain and expand a design system in Figma, ensuring scalability and efficiency in creative production
Develop compelling visuals and interactive storytelling elements from product designs, highlighting Kandji’s product innovation and market differentiation
Collaborate closely with communications, product marketing, demand generation, and other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative content
Work with the web developer to bring designs to life, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and a seamless user experience
Stay ahead of design trends, experimenting with new tools and approaches to elevate Kandji’s creative output
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
A portfolio showcasing high-quality, modern design work across digital platforms
Proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
Strong understanding of design systems and how to create scalable, efficient assets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining high creative standards
Ability to take direction, iterate on feedback, and execute innovative design ideas
Experience working with motion graphics tools like After Effects
Familiarity with conversion-optimized web design
Passion for innovative design systems, tools, and AI to ensure the brand stays ahead of industry trends
