What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to incoming inquiries (phone/web/email), qualify leads, and convert to profitable sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, customer support, and boost customer satisfaction.
- Follow all core processes, call scripts, and complete daily reporting on booking efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of service delivery.
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful Day One:

- Experience in home service industry inside sales; ServiceTitan experience required.
- Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with further education being a plus.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Pay Band:
- Base pay: $18-$23hr
- This role is eligible for performance pay
