The Fleet Maintenance Specialist performs specific duties related to financial and operational data related to the organization’s heavy and light duty fleets. This role involves reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting through data entry and analysis. This role will collaborate with leadership to make recommendations on actions related to the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of assets in the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review invoices for heavy and light duty fleets through data entry into payables systems, including verification of appropriate account segments and delegation of authority, account and statement reconciliations and collections, as needed.
- Creates, monitors, reviews and generates reports regarding all data associated with the maintenance of fleet vehicles.
- Review data for accuracy and collaborate with leadership on mitigation and corrections.
- Regularly accesses the Sequel Server for information updating periodically produced reports.
- Updates fleet asset locations and operators to maintain the accuracy of reporting.
- Primary Controller for RTA, solely maintaining key data in systems to ensure consistency and accountability of information.
- Review and analyze data to make recommendations on specific actions required regarding the maintenance, procurement, and disposal of vehicles, parts, systems, etc. associated with the management of the heavy and light duty fleets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Starting hiring range: $20.75 - $27.25. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.
