As a JPMorgan Wealth Management Analyst you will be joining the Portfolio Management team that is dedicated to portfolio health across Securities Based Lending (SBL) and Custom lending in Wealth Management Operations. The fast paced environment of this team is focused on research, identification, and resolution of portfolio exceptions while maintaining the health of the portfolio. Partnership with key stakeholders is necessary to drive consistency and maintain effective controls.
This position is focused specifically with JPMWM SBL. This role will work closely with key stakeholders within JPMWM to effectively manage the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio exceptions of JPMWM SBL clients
- Lead weekly portfolio management calls with Lending Solutions and JPMWM Credit Risk
- Review and assist with resolution of margin calls with JPMWM Advisors
- Work with the estates team to manage pipeline and ensure timely resolution
- Partner with SBL origination, Annual Review, and JPMWM advisors for escalations and any items that may require their action
- Identification of operational gaps and ensure resolution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- General understanding of credit products/commercial lending concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and personal skills
- Ability to think critically and multi-task
- Perform tasks with limited supervision
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of private banking/asset management and credit/lending experience
- General understanding of financial markets and securities industry
