The group you’ll be a part of

You will be part of the Supply Chain Operations team, leading the Long Term Planning program (previously known as ICP - Integrated Capacity Planning), managing the long-term planning processes, interacting with our order fulfillment organization, and ensuring the readiness of our supply chain teams (working closely with Strategic Commodity Managers) managing different key/strategic commodities to support the long-term business growth of the company. 

The impact you’ll make

As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for the Long Term Planning which is key to Lam's future success. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure communication flows amongst stakeholders towards meeting our goals.

 

In this role, you will directly contribute to ensuring readiness of our Supply Chain to meet the long term demand forecast that sets the path for growth of Lam business.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement long-term planning strategies to ensure the alignment of supply chain operations with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the order fulfillment organization to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Establish roadmaps with milestones and clear expectations on what the teams need to achieve to meet the goal.
  • Ensure the readiness and responsiveness of supply chain teams to meet future business demands.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain to ensure future Lam demand is met.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Build solutions that will improve the LTP business processes and support critical business strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
  • Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including mastery in presentation techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in developing analytical tools such as PowerBI.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
