Stake is looking for an Acquisition Specialist to join us at our Sydney HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH.

About this role
At Stake, we are developing a best-in-class, always-on customer acquisition engine to fuel our next phase of Growth. At the core of this initiative is our Growth Squad, tasked with designing, building, and optimising the systems and strategies that will deliver scalable, sustainable growth for the business. We are looking for talented and ambitious professionals to join our Growth Squad and help deliver the future of investing in Australia. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Launch, manage, and monitor paid media campaigns across key channels including Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to meet performance targets.
- Design and execute a continuous A/B testing program across creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve key metrics like CPA and conversion rates.
- Set up and traffic all ad creatives, copy, tracking pixels, and links for paid campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and accurate data capture.
- Compile and distribute regular performance reports for all paid acquisition channels, analysing key metrics like CPA and ROAS to provide clear insights to the team.
- Conduct daily checks on campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure targets are met efficiently.
A bit about you
- 2-4 years in a hands-on growth or performance marketing role.
- Proven experience managing paid media budgets and campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on CPA and ROAS.
- Experience managing paid app install and engagement campaigns for iOS and Android is highly regarded but not essential.
- Demonstrable ability in A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to measure impact and inform decisions.
- A proactive and reliable operator who can own projects from hypothesis to analysis and clearly communicate findings.
