Howdy, we're Heidi đ
âThe AI startup growing faster than Canva"
Thatâs what the Financial Review called us. In one year, we hit $15M ARR and became one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
Two years ago, we pivoted from broad healthcare AI to building Earthâs finest clinical exoskeleton. Today we support over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 50+ countries. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi to complete documentation.
Our mission is simple: double care capacity by eradicating non-clinically-useful busywork.
We've found product-market fit with individual clinicians through our freemium medical scribe, transforming unstructured clinical visits into structured text artefacts. Clinicians and organizations quite like it. Now, we embark upon consuming more than just documentation. Every new job a clinician delegates to Heidi makes patients feel more attended to, cleans up health system logjams, and lets clinicians be clinicians again.
Thatâs where you come in.
The Role
Weâre looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Identity & Access work. Youâll own strategy and delivery for SSO, ReBAC, SCIM, fine-grained authorization (FGA), and Auth0 integration â the foundational systems that enterprises expect before adopting Heidi at scale.
This isnât just about the plumbing. Youâll also shape how admins and clinicians experience identity at Heidi â designing seamless self-service onboarding, advanced admin controls, and security features that make IT teams confident and clinicians productive.
Itâs a chance to lay down the enterprise foundations that fuel our hypergrowth, while building a platform that will scale 100x over the next few years.
What youâll do
Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Identity & Access.
Deliver enterprise-ready capabilities across SSO, ReBAC, SCIM, FGA, and admin controls.
Partner with customers and security teams to translate compliance needs into delightful user and admin experiences.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to validate feasibility, run spikes, and ship features fast.
Integrate with Okta, Entra, Auth0, while building scalable infra to power Heidiâs enterprise future.
Set and track adoption, reliability, and security metrics to measure impact.
What youâll need
5+ years PM experience, with at least 2+ in identity, IAM, or enterprise security products.
Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM and how they translate to enterprise customer value.
Proven track record shipping enterprise identity features (SSO, ReBAC, provisioning, admin UX).
Ability to influence and rally cross-functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes fast.
Platform mindset â build for scale now, not patch later.
Bonus: experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise SaaS infra.
If weâd worked together the last 6 weeks, youâd have:
Shipped an MVP SSO integration for a major health system and iterated based on IT admin feedback.
Drafted a product brief for role hierarchies and advanced admin capabilities that got both Eng and Design excited.
Shadowed a hospital IT team to see first-hand how identity controls affect clinician onboarding.
Zero-based a strategy doc outlining Heidiâs identity vision and 2-quarter roadmap.
Jumped into a customer call to unblock a provisioning edge case and closed the loop quickly with Eng.
Why Heidi?
Our health systems hurt everybody. Systems are log-jammed, clinicians' lives degrade in quality, and patients churn through the meat-grinder.
This is neither a special nor interesting insight.
But it means weâre solving a real problem. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi. Every clinician using Heidi gets hours back in their day. Thatâs the starting point to build the product of your dreams: immense distribution, and a world of potential.
Youâll join a team that doesnât celebrate fundraise milestones or glossy PR. We live and breathe the pain of modern health systems and wonât rest until weâve exacted the change weâd like to see.
The bad news: itâs not an easy job â youâll tear your hair out more than once. Modern tech concepts donât transpose easily into healthcare. The lows are really low.
The good news: youâll trust and admire everyone you work with, and know youâre doing the defining work of your career. The highs are blindingly high.
Heidi will take care of you: equity, growth, wellness perks, and the chance to progress fast if youâre an A-player.
