Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
This fast-growing business has a need for an experienced Marketing Manager to project manage and deliver a wide variety of approved marketing projects for our real estate consultancy to ensure ongoing growth. You will be asked to develop the strategy and put forward a marketing plan for approval with the support of the Head of Marketing
Skills, Knowledge and Values
- Deliver a variety of projects as agreed prior by the Head Marketing
- Marketing duties include: Creative project management, Create and implement workflow structures to ensure work is delivered on time, Assisting with the design, production and distribution of all marketing materials, Work with stakeholders to crystallise project briefs before scheduling, Work with 3rd party suppliers on a variety of projects where necessary / appropriate
- Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including websites, emails and brochures
- Understand the MAPP brand and what makes us unique
- Understand key audiences (internal and external), manage individual’s expectations, in associated departments
- Handle all marketing requests from the business and resource accordingly with inhouse graphic designers, copywriting, video creation by writing briefs, timing plans and managing approvals. Projects might include advertising campaigns, video creation, digital assets, capability statements and brochures
- Supporting Business Development with copy writing and presentations for RFPs and pitches
- Marketing and branding support for MAPP events, for external and internal audiences
- Lead on customer journey determining the relevant marketing touchpoints for our audiences
- Devise and run multi-channel advertising campaigns alongside External Communications Manager, working with external creative agencies on campaigns approved by Head of Marketing
- Organise photography and film (with external resources) when required, production and post-production (for people & place photography, as well as culture content). Organise image rights
- Lead internal brand ambassador programme
- Lead on merchandise branding for internal stakeholders and clients
- Manage budgets alongside Head of Marketing
- Act as the final checkpoint to ensure quality is kept high across all marketing projects and new business documents and proposals.
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting MAPP policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards and any statutory timelines and escalation requirements

Experience and Salary
- Minimum 3-4 years experience of working in a similar B2B role
Salary Range (Based on Experience)
£45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
