Flexible, Hybrid Working:
What You’ll be Doing:
- Own and evolve the UK brand strategy, ensuring it reflects local market nuances while staying true to global guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to align on brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and creative direction
- Manage local brand campaigns and activations, working with agencies to deliver engaging and consistent content across a relevant media mix
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all UK communications reflect our tone, values and visual identity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across internal teams to embed brand consistency in all marketing and client-facing materials
- Lead annual brand research, diagnosis and tracking efforts to measure brand health, understand audience perceptions, and inform the ongoing evolution of brand messaging and campaigns
- Partner with our PR agency to develop and implement UK media and communications strategies that enhance brand awareness and credibility
- Support the creation of press releases, media pitches, thought leadership content and executive profiles in collaboration with the agency
- Collaborate with Leadership, spokespeople and other stakeholders to identify and maximise PR opportunities
- Design and execute influencer marketing strategies, building authentic partnerships that amplify brand storytelling and drive engagement across key audiences
- Develop the review sites strategy (e.g. Trustpilot), including monitoring and responding to customer feedback
- Work in partnership with the global design and social media team members, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timely delivery of content
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Proven experience in brand management within a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, tech or professional services
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and visual identity, with a focus on balancing global consistency and local relevance
- Experience working collaboratively with global marketing teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality brand and communications outputs
- Practical knowledge of PR and media relations, with experience working alongside PR agencies or managing media activity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and translating complex ideas into clear messages
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative style that fosters cross-functional teamwork
