Introduction

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Policy Complaints & Governance Support Officer in Children and Young People Services. We are seeking to recruit an outstanding professional to provide support on a range of new leadership activities.

A self-starter with solid experience of using your own initiative and with excellent organisational skills.

What’s the role? …

To deliver a wide range of both routine and more complex administrative tasks in order to support the effective and efficient delivery of services across CYP leadership team and wider directorate.

This role is temporary for 12 months.

What we’re looking for

You will have an eye for accuracy and can ensure quality and consistency of support for service development. You will be an excellent communicator in writing and verbally and have significant experience of effectively using Microsoft tools including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Location

The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach. You will be required to work in the office and/or from home on occasions.

Special conditions

  • This role is temporary for 12 months. 
  • There may be occasions where evening work is required.

Salary

£40,404 - £41,637 per annum (SO1)

N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
