Contractor Opportunity: Workplace Management Representative (On-Site) Location: On-Site Sacramento, CA  Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier Contracting Entity: Accenture  Supplier of Record: Artech Start Date: 10/27/2025  Duration: 3 Months with potential for extension   About the Role: We are seeking qualified Contractors to fulfill a On-Site Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Representative  to join our team. This role involves executing a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered on-site at an Accenture location or across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will independently carry out routine tasks according to Workplace Solutions guidelines and/or under supervision. This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas.  Contractors will be engaged and paid for by a third-party payroll supplier, Artech, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.    Key Responsibilities: Core Duties: Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support, catering, document services, switchboard, reception, floor operations support, space utilization management, or other location services.Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.Oversee and assist with the integration of new joiners.Carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety and maintain records.Act as a point of contact for the landlord or external providers and manage regular contract relationships.Serve as the single point of contact for Workplace Solutions in a specific location.Support the day-to-day management of a Workplace Solutions commodity, including maintaining key relationships with suppliers and other industry professionals.Manage operations of the communication center/switchboard on a daily basis.Greet and direct employees and visitors, issue visitor access cards, answer general inquiries, assist in resolving issues/concerns, or direct them to the appropriate resource. Deliverables or Project Scope:Ensure optimal workspace occupancy and process space reservation requests.Set up, maintain, and provide support for workspace/meeting rooms, including catering and audio/visual equipment. Clean up after catering events ensuring all dishes and flatware are loaded in the dishwasher. Provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.Stock and maintain the appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area).Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).Assist with customer retrieval, return, and/or destruction of documents, according to archival guidelines.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office or workgroup.Collaboration Tools:Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).SharePoint. Basic Qualifications:HS Diploma.Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.Familiarity with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new platforms/technologies. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.1+ years of customer service experience.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.SharePoint skills.
